Some money for supplies
stipends, programming

Lots of people want to learn, lots of kids want to learn. real opportunity for hands-on education. But that plus the behind the scenes orgnaizing is a big job, too big for me.

some money (to honour th time of artists and gardeners and) who come an do creative, hands-on programming int eh garden.l
A lead gardder. Gardens thrive when there's gardenrs who love being in the space. At this point, there isn't need for huge work parties, lugging earht around (maybe one big project a year) but htere is need for people who can keep an eye out, who know what;s a weed, what's a beneficial weed etc

Upcoming:

Water schedule/care in teh summer
Events? way to make it easy is to have a financial model. Solicit donations. Garden as a venue.
Plant sale.
